Octopath Traveler How to Beat Sacred Flame

The Guardian of the First Flame is an enemy in Octopath Traveler. Information technology is the boss in Affiliate 1 of Ophilia's story.

The Guardian of the Starting time Flame is a huge golem which appears to be made out of crystallized rock. Information technology carries a large sword in its correct hand and a large shield in its left hand. It has a huge main body supported by a small lower body.

Story [ ]

The Guardian of the First Flame protects the Sacred Flame in the Cave of Origin. It is a test which anyone who wishes to become the Flamebearer must surpass. Ophilia, performing the kindling in Lianna's stead, must defeat the guardian in social club to take Aelfric's Lanthorn.

Battle [ ]

At l% health, the Guardian of the Outset Flame tin summon up to 3 Nighttime Wisps.

• Sweep: Physical attack, targets entire political party.
• Pyre: Fire elemental damage to a single target.
• The Sacred Flame gains in strength...!:The Guardian enters Boost manner and will apply Flame of the Heavens adjacent turn unless its shields are broken beforehand.
  • Flame of the Heavens: Fire elemental impairment to entire party.
• The Trial Begins / Prove your strength to the guardian!: Summons up to 3 Night Wisps (depending on how many political party members have been brought to boxing). The Guardian of the First Flame will expect a minimum of 1 turn earlier summoning more.

Afterward reaching 50% Max. HP, the Guardian of the First Flame tin summon Dark Wisps to aid information technology.

Each wisp volition not attack direct, instead, each will slowly count down from three. The counter is independent to each wisp.

Once the timer runs out, the wisp will utilise 'Self-immolation:

• Self-immolation: Large physical damage to entire party.
